Store Incharge - Mitsubishi Factory Automation Products

Operations / Supply Chain Manager

Job Purpose:



The Store Incharge is responsible for managing, supervising, and controlling the inventory of Mitsubishi Factory Automation products (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servos, Spare Parts, etc.). The role ensures accurate stock management, timely material issuance, and smooth coordination with the sales, purchase, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records of stock (inward & outward) in the ERP/software. Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations. Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and safe storage of Mitsubishi products. Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase requests when required.

Material Handling & Issuance

Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials as per purchase orders. Issue materials to sales/service teams against approved requisitions. Ensure timely dispatch of goods to customers with proper documentation.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), Issue Slips, and Delivery Challans. Coordinate with accounts for billing and stock-related queries. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.

Coordination

Liaise with sales, service, and purchase departments for smooth operations. Work closely with logistics partners for timely delivery. Communicate with suppliers for stock replacement, warranty claims, or shortages.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure proper storage as per product sensitivity (e.g., electronic items). Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area. Follow company policies regarding safety, security, and material handling.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of store and inventory management. Familiarity with Mitsubishi automation products preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Inventory Management Systems. Good coordination and communication skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate / Diploma in any field (preferred in Supply Chain / Electronics). experience in store/inventory management. Experience in electrical/automation/engineering products is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
