Job Summary The Store In-Charge is responsible for end-to-end store operations, including inventory management, inward and outward movement of goods, stock accuracy, coordination with departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the store. Key Responsibilities Manage daily store operations and maintain proper housekeeping Handle inward and outward material, GRN, and dispatch processes Maintain accurate stock records and ensure stock availability Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams Monitor stock levels and raise indent/re-order requests on time Maintain MIS reports related to stock movement and consumption Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Supervise store helpers and assign daily tasks Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of inventory and store management Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP/SAP preferred) Good coordination and communication skills Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines Attention to detail and record accuracy Qualifications Graduate / Diploma in any discipline Certification in inventory or warehouse management is an advantage Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in handling high-volume inventory Familiar with ERP systems and documentation Disciplined, responsible, and process-oriented.
