Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire store operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials. Ensure proper documentation of inward & outward materials (GRN, Issue Slips, Delivery Challans, Gate Passes, etc.). Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification. Monitor stock movement and ensure material availability as per production requirements. Implement and maintain 5S and safety standards inside the store. Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow. Manage storage systems, racks, bins, and ensure proper tagging & identification of materials. Prevent material shortages, excess inventory, and manage obsolete/slow-moving items. Ensure timely updating in ERP (Material Receipt, Issue, Stock Adjustment, etc.). Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure safe handling of materials. Lead and manage store staff, allocate work, and ensure adherence to SOPs. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review.

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma Certification in Store/Inventory Management will be an added advantage.
