Store Operations Management:- Manage overall operations of Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) stores.- Ensure proper material handling, labeling, storage, and retrieval as per SOP.- Supervise inward and outward movement of materials, including dispatch coordination.
Inventory Control & Stock Management:- Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic physical stock verification.- Reconcile stock variances and maintain minimum stock levels.- Coordinate with the purchase and production teams for timely availability of materials.
Documentation & GMP Compliance:- Handle all documentation processes in compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines.- Maintain accurate records for material receipts, issuances, stock reports, and movement logs.- Prepare and maintain SOPs, checklists, and documentation related to storage and dispatch.
Quality Assurance Support:- Perform the duties of In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA).- Support the implementation and maintenance of QMS including Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, and APQR.- Ensure documentation and traceability for quality audits and inspections.
Dispatch Management:- Plan and execute timely dispatches of finished goods.- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth delivery.- Ensure packaging and documentation are in order before dispatch.
