to manage our inventory, maintain stock levels, ensure smooth inward/outward flow of materials, and support the production and procurement teams. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in industrial inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of inventory in the store (inward/outward).
Issue materials as per production requirements and record transactions.
Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Production departments for timely material availability.
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and protection of materials.
Maintain GRNs, delivery notes, and relevant documentation.
Monitor stock levels and raise reorder requests as needed.
Follow FIFO/LIFO methods and track slow-moving/obsolete items.
Manage vendor returns, scrap disposal, and material reconciliation.
Use ERP or inventory management software (preferred: Tally/Busy/Odoo or similar).
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma in Store Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or automation company.
Knowledge of inventory control practices, safety, and material handling.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle physical inventory and oversee store operations independently.
