Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock. Conduct periodic

internal stock audits

to verify inventory levels and minimize discrepancies. Implement and enforce stock management procedures and best practices. Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely material replenishments. Ensure proper documentation of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), material requisitions, and dispatches. Maintain FIFO/LIFO system as per company policy for stock rotation. Coordinate with procurement, production, and finance departments for material requirements and reporting. Handle physical verification of inventory and reconcile with system data. Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged stock and report for appropriate action. Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the store area.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
