Job Summary:

The Store Incharge will oversee daily store operations including inventory management, stock reconciliation, dispatch coordination, and documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and leadership qualities to ensure smooth and efficient material flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records with proper tagging and documentation Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking Ensure timely receipt and issuance of materials in coordination with Purchase and Production departments Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity Supervise loading/unloading and organize material storage efficiently Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), issue slips, and maintain stock ledgers using ERP/inventory software Conduct regular physical stock verifications and reconcile with system records Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store area Lead and manage a team of storekeepers, helpers, or assistants Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations related to store management

Key Requirements:

Education:

Graduation

Experience:

1-3 years in store/inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Busy, Zoho Inventory) Understanding of FIFO/LIFO, stock valuation, and basic accounting

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and team management abilities High attention to detail and accuracy

Work Conditions:

Work may involve warehouse or semi-outdoor environments Requires physical stamina during stock taking or dispatch peaks Flexibility to handle urgent requirements or extended hours

Salary:

?25,000 - ?30,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills)
