Position: Store In-Charge

Location- Giridih; Jharkhand

Industry: Manufacturing

Project: RDSS

Qualification & Work Experience:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering having minimum 3 years experience in Power distribution/Substation projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Updating Materials Stock register daily (Materials received, Issued & balance).

Maintaining all records of material like Inspection Reports, DI, Challan, JVR etc.

Ensuring inspection of Materials & Proper storage, Maintain the store yard properly.

Preparing Month wise Material Receipt Statement, Stock Statement, and daily Receipt Statement.

Responsible for overall Store activities.

Preparing Debit notes of Sub Contractors.

Month wise Issued Cost of Materials to Sub Contractors & compared with consumption.

Recovery of Materials & Stock Reconciliation of Sub Contractor.

Information of short material to Project Manager in 15days advance.
