We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Store In-Charge to oversee end-to-end store opera ons, drive sales, and deliver a premium shopping experience to Haveli's guests. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for style, and proven retail management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Administration
? Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
? Maintain store ambience and presentation standards aligned with the brand's aesthetics.
? Manage inventory, replenishment, and periodic stock audits.
? Ensure compliance with store SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
Sales & Client Experience
? Drive sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
? Build long-term client relationships through personalized styling and service.
? Handle customer feedback, returns, and issue resolution efficiently.
? Collaborate with marketing and design teams on in-store activations and launches.
Reporting & Analysis
? Track and report daily/weekly sales performance, footfall, and conversion metrics.
? Provide insights on fast-moving items, customer preferences, and stock trends.
? Support management in planning promotional and inventory strategies.
