Ensure smooth coordination with the sales, accounts, and logistics teams.
Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline within the store.
Implement best practices to improve efficiency in store operations.
Requirements & Skills:
Age between
30-40 years
.
Minimum 2 years of experience in store/inventory/dispatch management.
Strong knowledge of
CRM and billing systems
.
Ability to handle packaging and dispatch operations efficiently.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
