Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) - Warehouse / Store In-charge
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
Ensure timely updating of inward/outward inventory in ERP or manual records.
Reconciliation of physical stock vs system stock.
Material Receiving & Inspection
Ensure proper receiving of materials with required documentation (PO, Invoice, GRN, etc.).
Inspect materials for quality and quantity as per specifications.
Coordinate with the procurement and quality teams for discrepancies.
Storage & Handling
Organize and label materials systematically for easy access and retrieval.
Ensure proper storage conditions (e.g., temperature, moisture, safety).
Prevent material damage or deterioration during handling and storage.
Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
Plan and coordinate dispatches as per delivery schedules.
Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation for dispatch.
Liaise with transporters and logistics teams.
Stock Reporting
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Report fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving stock regularly.
Track material consumption vs usage forecast.
Team Management
Supervise and train warehouse helpers/labourers.
Assign tasks and monitor performance of warehouse staff.
Maintain discipline and a safe working environment.
Space & Layout Management
Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in material flow.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines within the warehouse.
Maintain records as per audit and compliance requirements (fire safety, PPE, housekeeping, etc.).
Coordination with Internal Departments
Regularly coordinate with procurement, production, accounts, and sales teams for inventory planning.
Raise timely material requisitions to avoid stockouts.
Asset & Equipment Maintenance
Ensure proper usage and regular maintenance of warehouse tools, trolleys, racks, etc.
Maintain records of company-issued tools/assets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
