We are hiring a

Store Incharge for our Jaipur branch

-- a responsible individual who can efficiently manage store operations

and handle offline walk-in sales

.

Key Responsibilities:

Store & Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing equipment. Track stock availability and notify the purchase team for replenishment. Handle faulty item segregation and ensure timely repair or replacement. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store premises.

Dispatch & Return Operations:

Coordinate delivery and pickup of rental equipment. Ensure quality checks before dispatch and after return. Maintain proper documentation for each transaction.

Cash, Cheque & Expense Handling:

Maintain petty cash for daily operational needs. Ensure timely deposits of collections and proper record keeping.

Offline Sales & Customer Interaction:

Attend to walk-in customers and understand their product needs. Explain rental and purchase options confidently. Support in converting leads into sales through excellent service and product knowledge.

Reporting & Coordination:

Update daily reports (inventory, sales, expenses). Coordinate with the sales and service teams for smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety, documentation, and company policies.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (BPharma, BCom, BSc). 1-3 years of experience in store, logistics, and sales roles. Good communication & customer-handling skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets). Should be comfortable doing

offline sales and in-store customer interaction
