Key Responsibilities

1. Basic Understanding of Store Operations

? Roles & responsibilities of a Store INCHARGE'.

? Importance of maintaining stock records.

? Difference between inward, outward, and return materials.

? Knowledge of storage methods (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO).

2. Documentation & Records

? Goods Receipt Note (GRN) preparation.

? Material Issue Slip / Requisition Slip handling.

? Stock register updating (manual/ Package ).

? Daily, weekly, and monthly reports submission.

3. Inventory Management

? Maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels.

? Regular stock checking & reconciliation.

? Handling slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving items.

? Preventing stock shortages or overstocking.

4. Material Handling & Safety

? Proper stacking and storage of materials.

5. System Knowledge

? Store Management Software basics. ( Boss Package )

? Excel / MS Office for stock reports.

6. Coordination & Communication

? Coordination with purchase, accounts, and maintenance departments.

? Vendor follow-up for material supply.

7. Compliance & Policies

? Company's store and purchase policy.

? Material rejection & return process.

8. Skills & Attributes

? Accuracy in record keeping.

? Time management and discipline.

? Problem-solving in case of stock mismatches.

? Leadership in guiding store helpers/worker.

Qualifications & Requirements

? Should be able to work in freely in computer.

10th pass or freshers can apply.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
