Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Organize and manage store layout for easy access and safety.
Coordinate with purchase and site teams for material requirements.
Inspect deliveries for quantity and quality compliance.
Ensure stock levels are maintained to avoid shortages.
Monitor and report on material usage and wastage.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Storekeeper in construction - real estate.
Familiarity with building materials and construction tools.
Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or inventory software is a plus.
