We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced
Store Incharge
to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, procurement, and team supervision, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in store or warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire store operations including inventory control, stock movement, and logistics.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure proper documentation for all stock transactions.
Monitor stock levels and plan procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Supervise and train store staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate with other departments for timely supply of materials.
Ensure proper storage conditions and implement FIFO/LIFO as required.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards in the store.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in store management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Strong knowledge of inventory software and MS Office.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
