- Store In charge

1) Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store In Charge to manage material receipt, storage, and issue at civil and road construction project sites. The role ensures proper inventory control, documentation, and availability of materials as per project requirements.

2) Duties & Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans Maintain proper storage, stacking, and identification of materials Issue materials to site as per authorized requisitions Maintain stock registers, inward/outward records, and bin cards Monitor material consumption and balance stock Coordinate with site engineers, purchase, and accounts departments Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation Ensure safe handling and storage of cement, steel, aggregates, tools, and consumables Maintain returns, scrap, and damage records Ensure compliance with company procedures and site safety norms

3) Requirements :

Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years as Store Officer / Store In-Charge in Civil Projects Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management Ability to maintain accurate records and reports Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory systems) Good coordination and communication skills

4) Education & Certification :

Education:

Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)
