Job Summary:

The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse/store at the Bhiwandi facility. This includes inventory control, material handling, inward/outward stock movement, documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between procurement, logistics, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/manual systems and ensure timely updates. Conduct regular physical verification and reconciliation of inventory. Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and identification of all materials. Plan and schedule dispatches as per customer or internal department requirements. Monitor material consumption and reorder levels to avoid stockouts. Coordinate with transporters for inbound and outbound logistics. Maintain records of gate passes, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), challans, and invoices. Implement FIFO / LIFO inventory systems as per company standards. Ensure housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the warehouse premises. Supervise store staff and assign duties for efficient workflow. Support periodic internal and external audits related to inventory and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

store management and inventory control systems

. Proficient in

MS Excel and ERP software (e.g., SAP / Tally / Oracle)

. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Leadership and team management capabilities.
