Job Description

An Automobile Store Incharge manages daily operations, focusing on inventory (ordering, stocking, ), team supervision, customer service ( , complaints), and sales support in a dealership or auto parts shop, ensuring efficient workflow, compliance, and profitability by coordinating with suppliers and implementing sales strategies for vehicle parts and accessories.
Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Oversee receiving, stocking, labeling, organizing, and cycle counts; manage stock levels and order replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Staff Supervision: Lead, schedule, train, and evaluate store staff; ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with part selection, offer expert advice, handle complaints, and process sales efficiently.
• Sales & Operations: Implement sales plans, maintain showroom standards, manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, and meet sales targets.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare sales/inventory reports; ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in retail or automotive aftermarket management.
• Leadership: Strong team management, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical: Knowledge of auto parts, inventory software, and POS systems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Education: Often a high school diploma or relevant degree in Business/Retail.
