Core responsibilities

Inventory and stock management:

Manage all incoming and outgoing stock, including receiving materials and issuing them to production or customers. Maintain accurate inventory records using manual systems or ERP software. Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum and maximum levels are maintained to avoid shortages or excess. Conduct regular stock counts and prepare reconciliation statements. Ensure proper storage and handling of all goods, including quality checks and identifying non-moving or expired items.

Staff management and supervision:

Oversee and supervise store staff, which may include scheduling and performance reviews. Train new and existing staff on products, company policies, and operational procedures. Ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.

Daily operations:

Ensure the store is properly set up and presented for opening each day. Manage day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Handle customer service issues, complaints, and inquiries.

Reporting and administration:

Prepare and maintain various store reports, such as monthly statements, daily activity logs, and inventory reports. Coordinate with other departments or external vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolves issues. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any stream Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Inventory Management Proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations. Strong Customer Relationship management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
