We are looking for a responsible

Store Incharge

to manage daily operations of our Mother & Baby Shop. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail or dress shops and possess strong customer service and store management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations Manage sales, billing, and customer service Ensure proper display and stock arrangement of mother & baby products Handle inventory, stock checking, and replenishment Supervise store staff and allocate duties Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual standards Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management

Requirements

Prior retail or dress shop experience Strong communication and customer-handling skills Ability to manage store operations independently Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting Pleasant personality and problem-solving attitude

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
