Job Responsibilities:



Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service Supervise sales staff and allocate daily duties Achieve sales targets and improve showroom performance Maintain stock records, inward/outward entries, and inventory control Ensure proper display, safety, and security of jewellery items Handle billing, cash management, and coordination with accounts Resolve customer complaints and maintain long-term relationships Coordinate with head office/management for reports and updates Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with showroom policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Experience in jewellery showroom operations Good leadership and team-handling skills Strong communication and customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and jewellery billing Ability to manage inventory and sales reports Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
