Minimum qualification: Graduate. Experience and Fresher Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry). Basic in [English/Hindi basic- /Kannada,Tamil,] Time: 9 :00 am to 6 pm ( Not a clock watcher)

Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) accurately and on time. Manage and update service reports regularly. Track AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) records for customers. Coordinate with service engineers for scheduling and follow-ups. Oversee spares in/out movement with Distribution Centers (DC). Maintain and organize related documents (service reports, GRNs, AMC). Keep vehicle maintenance and insurance records up to date. Manage general store operations, including inventory and stock. Ensure stock levels are maintained and perform regular audits. Manage supplier and vendor relationships for timely deliveries. Supervise and guide store staff to ensure smooth operations. Ensure adherence to safety standards and store policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in store management or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of inventory management systems. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and AMC records is a plus. Able to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in service reports, AMC records, and coordination with engineers. Familiarity with store operations in a technical or service environment.
