Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Store Helper to join our store team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, ensure a pleasant shopping experience, and assist in store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide assistance in selecting clothing and accessories. Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Assist with stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining store displays. Promote sales, upsell products, and inform customers about ongoing promotions. Monitor and maintain fitting rooms to ensure proper customer service. Collaborate with team members to meet store sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Intermediate diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
