Job Summary:

The Helper (Paint Shop + Store) will assist in daily operations of the paint shop and store department. The role includes supporting painters in surface preparation and painting tasks, handling materials and tools, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in loading, unloading, and organizing store items. This position requires a hardworking and responsible individual who can support multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Paint Shop Duties:

Assist painters in preparing surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.). Mix paints and materials as instructed. Help in loading/unloading and moving painted items to drying or storage areas. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the paint shop area. Handle tools, spray guns, and painting materials carefully. Dispose of waste materials as per safety and environmental standards.

Store Duties:

Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing materials in the store. Support the Store Keeper in issuing materials and maintaining records. Load and unload goods and ensure proper storage of items. Keep the store area clean and well-organized. Help in stock counting and labeling items when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent. Physically fit and able to handle manual work. Basic understanding of paint shop and store operations. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Attention to safety and cleanliness. Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
