, you will support the store's functioning by assisting with inventory management, product stocking, order fulfillment, and general store maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing products and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Help in arranging products on shelves and ensuring proper labeling.
Assist with the packing and dispatching of orders as needed.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store and stockroom areas.
Monitor the condition of products and report any damaged or expired items to the supervisor.
Help customers with basic queries and guide them to the relevant areas of the store.
Assist in stock audits and cycle counts as required by the supervisor.
Support the store team in other general tasks like unloading deliveries, organizing stock, and assisting with promotional setups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of inventory management and store operations.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
Willingness to work in a team and collaborate effectively with others.
