Key Responsibilities:
Assist in receiving, verifying, and issuing materials from the store.
Maintain proper documentation of material receipts and issues.
Update stock records regularly in ERP/software system.
Support in maintaining inventory accuracy through physical verification and audits.
Ensure safe handling and proper storage of materials.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and systematic arrangement of store.
Coordinate with site engineers and store team for smooth material flow.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in store operations within construction/real estate industry.
Must have knowledge of ERP system and basic computer skills.
Good record-keeping and organizational abilities.
Detail-oriented and capable of working under supervision.
