Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic

Senior Store Head

to oversee and manage all store operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will lead inventory control, ensure proper stock handling, and streamline supply chain coordination. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage large teams and high-volume inventory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee overall store operations including inventory, dispatch, procurement, and inward/outward logistics. Lead a team of storekeepers and assistants, ensuring smooth daily workflow and accountability. Maintain accurate stock records through ERP or inventory management systems. Develop and enforce store policies and SOPs to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Conduct regular audits to prevent stock loss, damage, and discrepancies. Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments for stock planning and budgeting. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and systematic organization within the store premises. Prepare and analyze store performance reports for management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

10 years

of experience in store or warehouse operations, with

at least 2 years

in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of inventory software (SAP, Tally, or any ERP systems). Excellent organizational, communication, and people management skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-location stock coordination. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in a warehouse/store environment.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
