Designation: Dispatch & FG Store Head (Finished Goods)

Salary: 70K to 80K pm

NOTE : Electronics Products Ony

Experience: Min 8 years

Location: Vasai East

Key Responsibilities:

A. FG (Finished Goods) Store Management

Oversee safe receipt, storage, and issuance of finished goods. Maintain stock accuracy with FIFO/FEFO systems. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and traceability of products. Conduct daily and monthly stock reconciliations with Accounts. Monitor ERP/inventory software to eliminate variances between physical and system stock.

B. Dispatch Operations

Plan and execute dispatches in line with customer schedules and priorities. Coordinate with Sales & Production for order fulfilment. Supervise loading/unloading to minimize product damage. Ensure timely and accurate documentation: invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, LR copies. Manage relationships with transporters and logistics partners for cost-effective, on- time delivery.

C. Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bill, ISO standards, and company policies. Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and audit readiness. Implement best practices in logistics, packaging, and dispatch management.

D. Team Leadership

Lead FG (Finished Goods) Store & Dispatch teams and allocate manpower effectively. Train staff on ERP usage, compliance, and safe handling practices. Monitor performance, enforce discipline, and build team capability.
