Job Title: Store Manager / Store Head

Location: AMBALA

About Role:

The Store Manager is responsible for running the store, making sure the right materials are available for production, and managing stock levels. This role requires someone with experience in managing a store, preferably in manufacturing or the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the store operations in smooth way with team and report to top management directly. Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials. Keep track of inventory and make sure materials are available when needed. Organize the store so it's easy to find and retrieve materials. Work with the production team to ensure materials are available for manufacturing. Check and maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials. Make sure stock levels are accurate and help with regular inventory checks. Ensure safety rules are followed in the store. Receive job card with PPC department and proactively work to arrange the material before production start date. Review and update the max and minimum inventory norms. Maintain 5s in store. Maintain and optimize the stock of FG Items, Accessories, raw material, consumable and bop parts. Maintain record of RGP and NRGP Challans, in out movement of material and items issued to sales and service representatives.
Key Qualifications:

Graduate in art/commerce/science or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. 10-15 years of experience in store management or inventory control, especially in manufacturing or automotive industries. Experience with inventory software and warehouse management systems (ERP, DOLLAR ERP) Strong organizational and leadership skills. Able to handle team and coordinate with multidepartment's Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and machine shop materials handling. Knowledge of inventory optimization, inventory reconciliation. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF16949 quality management systems. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5s. Expert level in MS office, able to make presentations and prepare data with advance excel.
Preference:

candidate must be from Tier 1 automotive industry.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
