Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

GRN in ERP

for raw materials, components, consumables, and job-work items. Verify received materials with

Purchase Order, Delivery Challan, Invoice

, and packing list. Coordinate with

Quality (QC)

for inward inspection and acceptance/rejection status. Update

ERP stock

after QC clearance and ensure correct bin/location entry. Maintain records of

rejection, shortages, excess, and return to vendor (RTV)

. Issue materials to

production

as per Material Requisition Slip (MRS) in ERP. Monitor

minimum stock levels

and support material planning. Assist in

month-end stock reconciliation

and physical stock verification. Generate ERP reports related to

GRN, inward/outward, and inventory movement

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
