Job Summary

Store Floor In-Charge are responsible for maintaining smooth store operations by supporting floor activities, monitoring assigned areas, and assisting customers only when required. The role focuses on store upkeep, product arrangement, stock support, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor assigned store floors and ensure smooth operations Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper arrangement of merchandise Ensure racks, displays, and shelves are neat and presentable Support visual merchandising standards as guided by the store manager

Customer Assistance (On Request)

Assist customers when they seek help with product location, sizes, or basic queries Guide customers politely without active selling Coordinate with billing staff or store manager when needed

Stock & Merchandise Support

Assist in replenishment of stock on the store floor Ensure proper tagging and placement of products Report damaged, missing, or misplaced items to the supervisor Help prevent stock loss or pilferage through floor monitoring

Store Coordination

Coordinate with billing, warehouse, and store management teams Support smooth opening and closing of store activities Follow store SOPs, safety rules, and operational guidelines

Skills & Competencies

Basic communication skills Attention to cleanliness and organization Ability to stay alert and monitor multiple areas Teamwork and cooperation Willingness to work in shifts

Qualifications

No specific educational qualification required Prior retail or store experience is an added advantage Freshers can apply

Retail clothing store environment Shift-based work schedule Standing and movement across store floors as required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
