Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and active

Floor In-Charge

to oversee customer handling, product display, and floor operations. The role involves supervising floor staff, maintaining product arrangement, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth functioning of the store floor.

Key Responsibilities

Floor Operations & Maintenance

Supervise day-to-day activities on the assigned floor. Ensure product display, cleanliness, and visual presentation standards. Monitor stock arrangement, tagging, folding/stacking of items. Report slow-moving / fast-moving stock to the Store Manager.

Customer Support

Greet and assist customers in product selection. Guide customers based on size, price, offers, recommendations. Handle queries and complaints immediately or escalate if required. Ensure a smooth shopping experience with minimal waiting time.

Team Coordination

Coordinate tasks for floor staff during each shift. Ensure staff discipline, grooming, and work allocation. Support billing/floor staff during rush hours. Train new joiners on store floor etiquette & product knowledge.

Inventory & Stock Control

Keep check on stock levels, missing sizes, and replenishment. Communicate with store room for replenishing racks. Prevent theft, product damage, and misplacement. Assist in stock audit and maintain shrinkage control.

Sales & Target Support

Promote upselling and cross-selling. Execute offers, festival promotions, and highlight new arrivals. Work with the team to achieve monthly sales goals.

Reporting

Maintain daily floor status updates & customer feedback notes. Inform management about issues such as staff shortage, product gaps, or customer trends.

Skills & Qualifications

Prior retail/floor supervision experience preferred. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage team and handle pressure during peak hours. Basic product knowledge and fast problem-solving ability. Positive attitude, smart appearance, and active personality.

Work Schedule

Work Timing:

9 AM - 9 PM

Weekly Off:

Sunday or rotational as per company policy

Must be flexible to support during events or high-sale days.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
