• The person will be responsible for entire Store Management at our office
• Issuing Indent & Issuing of stocks at Office. Checking & receiving material.
• Updating the material in software & excel stocks. Follow up standard storing norms and ensuring all goods are safe at the store.
• Receiving of Raw Material, Packaging Material, Finished Products, Semi-Finished Products for assemblies as per SOP and ensure proper storage with minimum wastage.
• Responsible for Managing and developing the stores, Issuing, and Inventory Control Functions for the Organization.
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
• Prepare reports accurately to track inventory. Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc. And also report on inventory activities and variances.
• Implement standard operating procedures within the stores.
• Vendor Coordination and control to bring out parts and reconcile and report on a monthly basis.
• To handle store operation, supervision of loading and unloading materials in stores, dispatch and delivery of materials.
• Documentation like PO, GRN, ISSUE, RECEIPT, stock maintenance physical verification of stock: MIS reporting, maintaining minimum stock.
• Conducting Audit stock periodically.
• Maintaining daily stock reports and circulating the same.
• Responsible for in-store regular maintenance & all general administration work.

• Confident and decent personality.
• Well versed with MS Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good in communication
• Flexible to travel
