Roles and Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, providing a friendly and engaging shopping experience.
Actively promote our range of baby, kids, and women's clothing to customers.
Understand customer preferences and suggest products that suit their needs and style.
Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries and provide pre- and post-purchase support via in-person, WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
Check and verify orders before packing to ensure quality standards are met.
Coordinate with logistics partners for order tracking and on-time delivery.
Conduct video product demonstrations for customers who request more details.
Maintain systematic follow-ups with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
Key Skills
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken, written, and over the phone).
Pleasant and approachable personality.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Prior retail or showroom sales experience preferred (especially in apparel).
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree
Experience: Minimum 1 year in showroom/retail sales (apparel experience is a plus).
