Job description - Store Cum Purchase / Responsibilities Good Knowledge of Store handling and purchase related activities. Responsible for coordinating all aspects of material flow and should have idea of LIFO & FIFO. Issue of material as per require by production dep. Stock verification Maintain GRN in inward register. Preparing GRN of incoming material. If any urgency for material procurement, inform the PO no. to supplier verbally then send hard copy accordingly. Release the purchase orders / service agreements to the suppliers Clearly mention the all the necessary purchasing details (material specs / delivery schedule / price / Test certificate / Third party inspection / commercial requirement / any form requirement etc.) Follow the procedure for Vendor selection for including of any new supplier or new material from Existing supplier Periodically do the vendor rating as per the defined intervals Maintain the minimum stock level for the Consumables- Procure the material as per Purchase guide line- Ensure timely availability of the outside process material as per production plan requirement- Maintain all purchase related records. Get quotations from multiple suppliers for Existing Raw material as well as First time raw materials- Regular follow up with all suppliers on pending orders for the delivery schedule Arrange for the vehicle planning in advance as well as emergency basis for the material availabilityDesired profile of the candidate Min. 2- 3 year of experience in Store Department Good Time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)QualificationAcademicMinimum qualification- BE.
