About the Role:

We are looking for an

Executive/Senior Executive - Store Department

to join our team. This role is vital to the efficiency of our store operations, involving inventory management, production and cost analysis, forecasting, and in-depth data evaluation. Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts. Ensure accuracy of records in ERP or inventory management systems. Maintain material storage and handling in line with internal standards.

Production Analysis

Track and report on material consumption in production processes. Analyse variances between planned vs. actual usage. Monitor waste and yield levels, proposing improvements where needed.

Cost Analysis

Evaluate cost efficiency in store operations. Identify and report cost leakages or inefficiencies.

Forecasting & Projections

Prepare forecasts for material requirements based on production trends. Support procurement with accurate data-driven projections. Contribute to long-term inventory and production planning. Perform root-cause analysis on inventory and cost-related anomalies.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Math, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. CA Intermediate / Master's in Finance/Accounting is preferred.

Experience:

2-4 years of relevant experience in store/inventory management with strong analytical exposure. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel Experience with ERP systems (FACT, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
