Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and stock.
Ensure proper storage of goods and materials as per company standards.
Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly).
Update inventory records in ERP/software/system accurately and in real-time.
Issue materials as per requirement following FIFO/LIFO methods where applicable.
Coordinate with the procurement and production teams for material requirements.
Monitor stock movement and highlight slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
Assist in annual physical inventory audits and reconciliation.
Follow and enforce company policies and procedures related to inventory control.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
Bachelor's degree/diploma in supply chain, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in inventory management systems or ERP (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho Inventory).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
