. The ideal candidate should be organized, confident, and able to handle fast-paced environments.
Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing goods in the hotel's storeroom.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions using inventory management software.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure sufficient inventory levels are maintained.
Ensure proper rotation of stock to minimize waste and spoilage.
Receive deliveries of goods and verify that the delivered items match the purchase orders.
Ensure proper storage of received items to prevent damage or spoilage.
Full-fill internal requisitions from various departments within the Restaurant ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain records of items issued to different departments and track usage.
Coordinate with department heads to understand their supply needs and prioritize accordingly.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory transactions, including receipts, invoices, and requisitions.
Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, finance, and kitchen, to ensure smooth operations and optimal inventory control.
Assist colleagues and provide support as needed during peak periods or special events.
Requirement:
Graduate or hospitality diploma preferred
Experience in restaurant/store operations
Good communication and team coordination skills
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
