Store Executive - Position Summary

A Store Executive is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising staff, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.
Maintain GRN records and ensure proper bin-wise racking of materials.
Maintain GRN records and oversee the WIN-wise racking system for efficient inventory management

Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall ambience.

Handle opening and closing procedures.

Monitor store expenses and ensure cost control.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years of experience in retail operations or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer applications. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Leadership and team-handling capabilities.
Salary 15000 to 25000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
