Role Overview
We are looking for
sharp, detail-oriented, and proactive Store Executives
who can manage inventory with accuracy, support fast order fulfillment, and ensure smooth operations under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
: Receive, verify, record, and store implants & instruments with zero errors.
Order Fulfillment
: Pick, pack, and dispatch stock for surgeries within strict timelines.
Quality Control
: Ensure items are in good condition, and within expiry dates.
Stock Returns & Audits
: Track hospital returns, reconcile stock, and assist with audits.
Coordination
: Work closely with the Delivery Team, Scrub Techs, and Accounts Team for seamless execution.
Reporting
: Maintain daily records of stock movements and generate reports when required.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in
Storekeeping / Warehouse / Inventory Management
(healthcare industry preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Inventory Software).
Team player with a
positive, disciplined, and proactive attitude
