Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Welcome and assist customers in choosing premium spices and herbs.
Educate customers on flavor profiles, culinary uses, and health benefits.
Handle queries and ensure a delightful shopping experience.
Sales & Brand Promotion
Support in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Execute in-store promotions, tastings, and product demonstrations.
Uphold Masala Company's premium brand image through service excellence.
Inventory & Quality Management
Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and display.
Monitor product freshness and maintain quality standards.
Report shortages and coordinate with supply teams.
Store Operations
Maintain store hygiene and visual merchandising standards.
Operate billing systems and manage cash transactions.
Prepare daily sales and performance reports.
Training & Development
Participate in structured training modules on retail management.
Gain deep knowledge of spices, herbs, blends, and sourcing practices.
Shadow senior executives to learn leadership and operational skills.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate degree/diploma in Business, Retail, Hospitality, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for food, spices, and customer service.
