Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing activities.
Assist customers, handle queries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Monitor stock levels, perform inventory checks, and coordinate replenishments.
Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product display standards.
Handle billing, cashiering, and payment reconciliation.
Track daily sales, prepare reports, and support achievement of sales targets.
Coordinate with warehouse/supply teams for stock movement.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company operating procedures.
Support team coordination and shift scheduling (if applicable).
Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
