Material Handling & Inventory Control

Receive and verify

raw materials, mechanical components, electrical parts, and consumables

used in air dryer manufacturing. Prepare and maintain

GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN, and Material Issue slips

. Manage storage of parts like: Filters Valves Pressure gauges Refrigeration components Compressors & spares Electronic controllers Sheet-metal fabrication parts Ensure

accurate stock posting

in ERP/Tally/Inventory software. Conduct

daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits

.

B. Store Organization

Maintain proper

binning, labeling, stacking

, and location mapping of all items. Ensure

5S standards

in the store: clean, organized, and safe. Monitor and maintain

minimum stock levels

.

C. Coordination

Coordinate with

Purchase

for follow-up on pending materials. Work closely with

Production Planning

to ensure timely material availability. Support

Quality

in handling rejected materials and vendor returns. Assist with

dispatch & logistics

coordination when needed.

D. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of

inward/outward materials, stock ledgers, consumption reports, and stock variance reports

. Prepare

daily stock updates

for management. Ensure compliance with

ISO documentation

(if applicable).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,848.49 - ₹30,521.24 per month
