The Store Executive plays a key role in managing inventory and logistics for HVAC&R products from leading brands. This includes handling high-value equipment, accessories, and spare parts with precision, ensuring timely issuance, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with sales, service, and accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming HVAC&R products (units, compressors, coils, etc.) as per orders
Maintain stock registers and software entries for all inward/outward movements
Issue materials to retail stores or sales team based on Sales Orders or delivery notes
Coordinate with accounts for GRN, invoice matching, and stock reconciliation
Track warranty items, serial numbers, and brand-specific documentation
Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and safe storage of bulky and sensitive equipment
Monitor reorder levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
Conduct periodic stock audits and support year-end closing
Maintain 5S and safety standards in the store area
Assist in dispatch coordination and vendor returns when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or commerce)
2-4 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in HVAC, electrical, or industrial products
Familiarity with HVAC&R components and terminology (brands like Daikin, Voltas, Blue Star, etc.)
Proficient in MS Excel and inventory software (Tally, ERP, Zoho Inventory)
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to handle heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Basic understanding of warranty tracking and service coordination

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
