Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented

Store Executive

to manage all aspects of our material stores, including inventory control, vendor coordination, and system documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally Prime, and a strong understanding of material management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage physical loading, unloading, storage, identification, and preservation of materials. Conduct periodic and annual physical stock verifications. Coordinate with the Purchase Department for low-stock and overstock materials; follow up as needed. Maintain daily store operations and ensure minimum stock levels are met. Place material orders, follow up on deliveries, and process challans. Monitor stock levels and material availability regularly. Perform quarterly audits of material inventory. Manage day-to-day material consumption and inventory using SAP MM T-codes (MIGO, GR, GI, GRN, GT). Generate stock summaries, GRNs, and ensure accurate material code documentation. Raise material and purchase requisitions with proper justifications and supporting documents. Follow up with vendors for pending deliveries, payments, and required compliance (vendor code, GST, registration, etc.). Manage all asset entries and tracking through Tally Prime. Ensure timely closure of breakdown and PPM (Preventive Maintenance) orders. Participate in regular SAP MM Module implementation activities. Prepare monthly and quarterly material consumption reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in store/material/inventory management. Experience with

Tally Prime

for asset and inventory tracking. Strong understanding of material management processes, GRN, purchase orders, and inventory control. Good communication skills and ability to liaise with vendors and internal departments. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related field. Experience in manufacturing industry
