Job Description

The Store Executive is responsible for the overall management of store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, effective inventory control, and efficient team performance. This role involves supervising day-to-day activities, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Maintain optimum stock levels and ensure proper stock rotation and inventory management. Monitor product displays and visual merchandising to ensure alignment with brand standards. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or queries promptly. Track sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, stock, and staff performance. Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance; ensure team motivation and discipline. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for stock replenishment. Manage billing, cash handling, and reconciliation processes.

Requirements:

Any Degree / Diplamo / BE (EEE/MEC) 2-3 yrs experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
