Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stock Monitoring & Control

: Regularly monitor and track inventory levels of snacks, beverages, merchandise, and other retail products sold at the cinema.

Replenishment

: Ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner and escalate procurement needs to management if stocks are low or out of stock.

Stock Rotation

: Ensure that stock is rotated regularly to prevent spoilage or wastage, particularly with perishable items like food and beverages.

Inventory Audits

: Conduct regular inventory audits to track the usage, sales, and wastage of products, ensuring accurate stock levels.

Point of Sale (POS) Operations

: Operate the POS system for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Cash Management

: Ensure accurate cash handling, reconciliation, and daily balancing of the till.

Sales Reports

: Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.

Reporting

: Regularly report to the theatre's management regarding sales performance, stock levels, and any challenges faced in retail operations.

Budget Management

: Assist in managing and adhering to the budget for the retail operations, ensuring cost control and profitability.

Cash Register Operations

: Accurately operate the cash register or POS system during shifts, ensuring efficient customer service and correct change.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
