We are seeking a

Store Executive

to oversee inventory management, stock control, and day-to-day store operations. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining an organized storage system.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and conduct regular stock checks.

Material Handling

- Receive, store, and issue materials as per company policies.
?

Stock Replenishment

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for timely replenishment.
?

Order Processing

- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
?

Warehouse Coordination

- Organize and optimize storage areas for efficient operations.
?

Documentation & Record Keeping

- Maintain logs, invoices, and purchase receipts for all store transactions.
?

Vendor & Supplier Coordination

- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
?

Compliance & Safety

- Follow company guidelines for store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or a related field

.
2+ years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse management, or logistics.
Knowledge of

ERP systems, SAP, or inventory management software

is a plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift and manage inventory physically if required.
