Job Summary

We are looking for a

Store Executive

to manage material receipt, storage, issue, and inventory control at our manufacturing facility. The candidate should ensure accurate stock records, smooth material flow to production, and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods Maintain stock in ERP / Excel with accurate GRN, issue, and balance Issue material to production as per FIFO and production plan Maintain proper bin locations and material identification Monitor minimum stock levels and inform purchase / planning team Conduct daily and monthly stock verification Handle rejection, return, and scrap material records Maintain all store documents (GRN, Issue Slips, Rejection Notes, etc.) Ensure 5S and safety compliance in the store area

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Graduate (any discipline) 2-5 years experience in store, warehouse, or manufacturing inventory Knowledge of FIFO, inventory control, GRN, and material handling Experience in Excel and ERP (SAP / Tally / any ERP preferred) Good coordination with production, SCM, and quality teams Basic computer skills and documentation knowledge

Preferred Candidate

Experience in

automotive / manufacturing industry

Familiar with barcoding, lot tracking, and traceability Able to work in shift if required
