Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized

Store Assistant

to manage site-level store operations for our real estate project in Rangpo. The role involves handling construction materials, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with site engineers and vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, check, and record incoming construction materials at the site store Maintain proper stock registers (manual and/or digital) for materials and tools Issue materials to site engineers, supervisors, and contractors as per approved requisitions Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials Track daily consumption and report shortages or excess stock Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams for material requirements and GRNs Maintain vendor delivery records, challans, and invoices Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area Follow company procedures, safety norms, and site discipline
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

10+2 / Diploma

(Graduation preferred)

1-3 years

of experience in a construction site or real estate store (preferred) Basic knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, hardware, fittings, etc.) Ability to maintain stock records accurately Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / inventory software) Good coordination and communication skills Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented
Working Conditions

Site-based role at Rangpo Must be comfortable working in a construction environment Timings as per site requirements
Preferred Candidate

Local candidate from Rangpo or nearby areas Prior experience in real estate or infrastructure projects
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
